Consultation by appointment
You can make an appointment via the patient portal on MijnGezondheid.net, there are a few spots available per day.
You can also make an appointment by phone. For the same day, please call in the morning. In the afternoon, the assistant is often busy with other tasks (syringing ears, measuring blood pressure, etc.) and we are less accessible.
To make appointments and request results, you can preferably call between 8:00 and 11:00.
For multiple complaints, please make a double appointment. Do not save up complaints.
Privacy
When making an appointment, the assistant will ask for the reason for your contact. She is trained to do so and does so in order to make the best possible assessment of the nature and urgency of your possible complaints. The assistant is (just like the GP) obliged to treat your information confidentially.
If you are unable to keep an appointment that has already been made, we would appreciate it if you cancel it well in advance.
Online
You can make an appointment online with your GP, doctor’s assistant, practice assistant somatics (POH-S) or Nursing Specialist via MijnGezondheid.net.
You will find the link under the heading Patient Portal. This is possible every working day, in the evening and at the weekend!
If you have a question, you are unsure whether you should come or the complaint is urgent, always contact the practice by telephone.
Preferably not at the counter
We would rather not have you make the appointment at the counter because we need to know what you are coming for in order to schedule it. Due to privacy, it is not convenient to discuss this at the counter. So please do so online or by telephone. Of course, you can always make a follow-up appointment after your visit to the GP.
